Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Under certain conditions, you may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days from the original date of receiving. Please read our terms of Exchange & Return Policy.

1. In case the products arrive with damages, exchange or return is 100% guaranteed. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action(by customer herself/himself). Exchange or refund would be rejected.

2. All images displayed on our site are digital photos taken by us. Because of conditions of light and background, they might look a little different from what they really do in the real world. This would not be a reason for exchange or return request.

3. Prices might vary from different seasons and our promotional campaigns. Price changing would not be a reason for exchange or return request.

4. Subjective preferences (i.e. odor, color, fabric work, comfortableness and etc.) are not acceptable as reasons for an exchange or return request.

5. When return is processing, please be noted that you should send the product back to us, providing a tracking serial number. After our receive the product will refund to you.

Shipping Fee for Exchange or Return

1. For cases of defect product or wrong delivery or mismatched models, shipping fee for exchange or return will be definitely counted on us.

2. Under the following conditions, it's our customers who should take care of the shipping fee.

    2.1. Customer wants to change product model after arrival;

    2.2. Customer requests to exchange due to personal preferences(i.e. odor, color, fabric work, comfortableness and etc.).
